Shrimp:
- 1 pound small shrimp (peeled, deveined, and tails removed)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Additional:
- 1 cup prepared guacamole
- 20–24 round tortilla chips or mini tostadas
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- Juice of 1/2 lime
Instructions
- Preheat and Cook Shrimp: Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until cooked. Squeeze lime juice over shrimp.
- Assemble Bites: Arrange tortilla chips on a platter. Top each chip with guacamole, a shrimp, and chopped cilantro.
- Serve: Serve immediately for best taste.
Notes
- To make ahead, cook shrimp and prep guacamole beforehand, but assemble just before serving for crispy chips.
- For extra flavor, add jalapeño slices or hot sauce on top.
