Shrimp:

  • 1 pound small shrimp (peeled, deveined, and tails removed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Additional:

  • 1 cup prepared guacamole
  • 2024 round tortilla chips or mini tostadas
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 1/2 lime

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Cook Shrimp: Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until cooked. Squeeze lime juice over shrimp.
  2. Assemble Bites: Arrange tortilla chips on a platter. Top each chip with guacamole, a shrimp, and chopped cilantro.
