- 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
- 2 cups mini pretzels
- 1 cup candy corn
- 1 cup Reese’s Pieces
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or white candy melts
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex, Corn Chex, mini pretzels, peanuts, and mini marshmallows.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil, if using. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted white chocolate over the dry ingredients and gently stir to coat evenly.
- Spread the mixture out onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in an even layer.
- While still wet, sprinkle the candy corn and Reese’s Pieces over the mix, gently pressing them in so they stick.
- Let the mix sit at room temperature until the chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes.
- Once set, break into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.
