- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted and cooled
- ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon almond milk (if needed)
Add-ins:
- ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until a dough forms. Add almond milk if needed.
- Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Bake: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly. Bake for 9–11 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Cool and Enjoy: Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
