Description

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin purée, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add dry ingredients: Add the oat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir until just combined, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop and bake: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the baking sheet. Flatten slightly and bake for 12–14 minutes, until edges are set.
  5. Cool and enjoy: Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
