- 1 cup sour cream

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Topping:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook Noodles: Cook egg noodles until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Cook Beef: Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet. Add garlic, cook briefly, then drain.
- Prepare Sauce: In a bowl, mix mushroom soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, milk, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add beef mixture and noodles.
- Assemble: Transfer mixture to baking dish, top with mozzarella.
- Add Topping: Combine breadcrumbs with melted butter, sprinkle over casserole.
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
