  2. Shape the Dough: Pat dough into a rectangle, roll out into a 10×15-inch rectangle. Fold in thirds, rotate, and repeat rolling and folding 3 more times.
  3. Chill and Use: Wrap dough in plastic wrap, chill for at least 1 hour before using.
