Ingredients
Baby Carrots:
1 pound baby carrots
Olive Oil Mixture:
2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 garlic cloves (minced), ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon dried thyme or parsley (optional)
Garnish:
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare the olive oil mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme if using. Add the baby carrots and toss until well coated.
