Ingredients
Salmon Fillets:
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each), skin on or off;
Honey Glaze:
1/4 cup honey; 2 tablespoons soy sauce; 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice; 2 cloves garlic, minced; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 1/4 teaspoon black pepper;
Garnish:
Chopped green onions or sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Glaze: Whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and black pepper.
- Marinate the Salmon: Coat salmon fillets with half of the glaze and marinate for 15–30 minutes.
- Cook the Salmon: Sear salmon in a skillet for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Thicken the Glaze: Simmer the remaining glaze until thickened.
- Glaze and Serve: Drizzle the thickened glaze over the cooked salmon and garnish before serving.
