Cheesecake Layer:

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons hot chocolate mix
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 container (4 oz) whipped topping

Chocolate Pudding Layer:

  • 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chocolate Cookie Crust: Mix crushed cookies with melted butter. Press into bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, hot chocolate mix, and milk until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread over crust.
  3. Layer the Chocolate Pudding: Whisk pudding mix with milk, then spread over the cheesecake layer.
  4. Add Toppings: Top with remaining whipped topping, marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
  5. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
