- 2 tablespoons hot chocolate mix
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 container (4 oz) whipped topping
Chocolate Pudding Layer:
- 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
Toppings:
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling
Instructions
- Prepare the Chocolate Cookie Crust: Mix crushed cookies with melted butter. Press into bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
- Make the Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, hot chocolate mix, and milk until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread over crust.
- Layer the Chocolate Pudding: Whisk pudding mix with milk, then spread over the cheesecake layer.
- Add Toppings: Top with remaining whipped topping, marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
