Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and place a baking sheet or pizza stone inside to heat.
- Make the Garlic Tomato Sauce: In a skillet, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes in olive oil. Add tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Assemble the Pizzas: Place flatbreads on parchment paper. Spread garlic tomato sauce over each, top with cheeses. Bake for 8–10 minutes.
