Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Roast Sweet Potatoes: Toss diced sweet potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20–25 minutes until tender and caramelized.
