Rice:
- 2 cups jasmine rice, rinsed until water runs clear

Instructions
- Rinse the Rice: Rinse jasmine rice under cold water using a fine mesh strainer until the water runs mostly clear.
- Cook in Instant Pot: Add rinsed rice, water, and salt (if using) to the Instant Pot. Stir gently to level the rice. Close the lid, set the valve to Sealing, and cook on High Pressure for 3 minutes.
- Natural Release: Allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Fluff and Serve: Fluff rice with a fork and serve warm.

- For softer rice, increase water to 2 1/4 cups.
