Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook Sausage: Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease and let it cool slightly.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Prepare Dough: Unroll the crescent dough, press seams together to form a single sheet, and cut into squares.
- Fill and Bake: Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture in the center of each dough square, fold corners up to seal, and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish and Serve: Let the bites cool slightly, then garnish with chopped green onions or parsley before serving warm.
