Description

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with these fun and flavorful Irish Jello Shots! These layered treats pack a punch with a blend of tangy Jell-O, smooth Irish whiskey, and optional whipped cream topping. Perfect for party occasions or a festive night in.


Ingredients

Green Layer:

  • 1 box (3 oz) lime Jell-O gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • ½ cup Irish whiskey

Orange Layer:

  • 1 box (3 oz) orange Jell-O gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • ½ cup Irish whiskey
  • whipped cream for topping (optional)
  • green and orange sprinkles for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Green (Lime) Layer: Dissolve lime Jell-O in boiling water, add cold water and whiskey, stir well.
  2. Pour into shot cups, refrigerate until set.
  3. Prepare the Orange Layer: Dissolve orange Jell-O, add water, whiskey, pour over green layer, chill until set.
  4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles before serving.

Notes

  • To make a single flavor version, double ingredients. For a creamier variation, use Irish cream liqueur instead of some water.
