Green Layer:
- 1 box (3 oz) lime Jell-O gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold water
- ½ cup Irish whiskey
Orange Layer:
- 1 box (3 oz) orange Jell-O gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold water
- ½ cup Irish whiskey
- whipped cream for topping (optional)
- green and orange sprinkles for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Green (Lime) Layer: Dissolve lime Jell-O in boiling water, add cold water and whiskey, stir well.
- Pour into shot cups, refrigerate until set.
- Prepare the Orange Layer: Dissolve orange Jell-O, add water, whiskey, pour over green layer, chill until set.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkles before serving.
Notes
- To make a single flavor version, double ingredients. For a creamier variation, use Irish cream liqueur instead of some water.
