- Salt and pepper to taste
Breading:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the Corn Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine corn, jalapeños, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into small balls and freeze.
- Bread the Nuggets: Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Roll each corn ball in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
- Fry the Nuggets: Heat vegetable oil, fry nuggets until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

- For extra heat, leave jalapeño seeds in or add cayenne pepper.
