Pizza Roll Ups
- 1 can of refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
- 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 16 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray and set it aside to prepare for baking.
- Prepare Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 individual triangles for rolling.
- Spread Sauce: Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of marinara or pizza sauce over each crescent dough triangle evenly.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauced area of each triangle to add melty goodness.
- Layer Pepperoni: Place two slices of pepperoni at the wide end of each crescent triangle for a classic pizza flavor.
- Roll Up: Carefully roll up each crescent starting from the wide end and rolling toward the pointed tip to enclose the fillings.
- Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet leaving some space between each to allow even baking.
- Prepare Topping: In a small bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, and garlic powder; sprinkle this mixture evenly over the tops of each roll-up.
