- 1/3 cup light brown sugar or honey
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
For Serving:
- 4 cups cooked white or brown rice
- Optional toppings: sliced green onions, sesame seeds, shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, steamed broccoli, fried egg, avocado, gochujang
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain excess fat.
