- 3 green onions, sliced

- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Ground Turkey: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant. Add ground turkey, cook until browned. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in half of the green onions.
