- 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups chopped pecans
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease it. Mix melted butter, granulated sugar, flour, and salt until crumbly. Press the dough into the pan and bake for 15–18 minutes.
- Make the Filling: Whisk eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour the filling over the hot crust.
- Bake: Return the pan to the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes until set. Cool before cutting into bars.
