- 1 tbsp lemon zest

- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Make the Filling: Whisk condensed milk, egg yolks, lemon juice, and zest. Pour over crust and bake for 15–18 minutes.
- Chill: Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
