- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
- zest and juice of 1 large lemon
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Additional:
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (optional for richness)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.
- Prepare the Seafood: In a skillet, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Add lobster, lemon zest, lemon juice, and black pepper.
- Combine: Stir in cooked pasta, adding reserved water as needed. Mix in Parmesan, cream, and adjust salt. Toss with parsley.

- You can use only shrimp or only lobster based on availability.
- For extra citrus flavor, add white wine with lemon juice.
