  • 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • zest and juice of 1 large lemon
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Additional:

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (optional for richness)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. Prepare the Seafood: In a skillet, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Add lobster, lemon zest, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  3. Combine: Stir in cooked pasta, adding reserved water as needed. Mix in Parmesan, cream, and adjust salt. Toss with parsley.
