Onion Soup Mix:
- ½ cup dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules (or 2 crushed bouillon cubes)

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening if using as soup base)
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl or jar, mix dried minced onion, beef bouillon, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, black pepper, paprika, and cornstarch (if using) until well combined.
- Storage: Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
- Substitute for Lipton Mix: Use about ¼ cup of the mixture in place of one store-bought packet.
- To Make Onion Soup: Mix ¼ cup of the mix with 4 cups of water, simmer for 10–15 minutes, and add cornstarch if desired for a thicker soup.
