- 1 (14 oz) bag coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage and carrots
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish, optional
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork and cook for 4–5 minutes, breaking it apart, until browned and mostly cooked through.
- Add the garlic, ginger, and onion. Sauté for another 2–3 minutes until fragrant and the onion starts to soften.
- Stir in the coleslaw mix and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is wilted but still has some crunch.
- Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes if using. Stir well and cook for another 1–2 minutes to combine flavors.
- Remove from heat and top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot.
