Ingredients
Scale
Marinade:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
Additional:
- 2 ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, black pepper, and salt.
- Marinate the Steaks: Place the ribeye steaks in a zip-top bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours for more flavor.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Cook the Steaks: Remove the steaks from the marinade and pat them dry with paper towels. Place the steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness.
- Rest and Serve: Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Letting the steaks come to room temperature before cooking helps them cook more evenly.
- You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade for a spicy kick.
