Instructions

- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

- Bake: Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden.
- Cool and serve: Let cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm or store in an airtight container.
