Instructions

  1. Season the Salmon: Season salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.
  2. Sear Salmon: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Make Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and sauté garlic. Pour in chicken broth, simmer for 2–3 minutes. Stir in cream, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Finish Dish: Return salmon to the pan, spoon sauce over fillets. Cook for 2–3 minutes. Garnish with basil or parsley. Serve hot.
