Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook Spinach Mixture: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, then spinach. Cook until wilted, then let cool.
- Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix cooked spinach, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble: Roll out puff pastry, cut into squares, add spinach mixture, fold, and secure. Brush with egg wash.
- Bake: Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and crisp. Cool slightly before serving.
