Instructions

  2. Cook the meat: Add ground lamb or beef, cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Add seasonings: Stir in cumin, cinnamon, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine ingredients: Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, rice, and water. Fold in cabbage.
  5. Simmer: Cover and cook for 20–25 minutes until rice is tender and cabbage is soft.
  6. Finish and serve: Stir in lemon juice and parsley. Top with feta cheese if desired and serve.
