For the Ground Beef:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

For the Tacos:

  • 2 cups prepared macaroni and cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • butter or oil for toasting
  • shredded lettuce and sliced pickles for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed. Stir in ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Mac & Cheese: Warm the macaroni and cheese and stir in ½ cup of shredded cheddar.
  3. Assemble the Tacos: Warm tortillas, divide beef mixture among them, add mac & cheese, sprinkle cheddar. Fold tacos and toast in a skillet until golden and melty inside.
  4. Serve: Garnish with lettuce, pickles, or sauce.
