- 2/3 cup water
For the Pizza:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup salsa or taco sauce
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray two baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook the Taco Meat: Brown the ground beef in a skillet, drain any excess grease, then add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened.
- Prepare the Tortillas: Place tortillas on baking sheets and bake until lightly crisp.
