Cheese Layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Additional:
- 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli, thawed
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook Meat Sauce: In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned. Add marinara sauce, tomato sauce, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer.
- Prepare Cheese Layer: Mix cream cheese, ricotta, and sour cream until smooth.
- Assemble: Layer meat sauce, ravioli, cheese mixture, and mozzarella in a baking dish. Repeat layers, finishing with meat sauce and Parmesan.
