  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Cheese Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Additional:

  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli, thawed
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook Meat Sauce: In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned. Add marinara sauce, tomato sauce, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer.
  3. Prepare Cheese Layer: Mix cream cheese, ricotta, and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Assemble: Layer meat sauce, ravioli, cheese mixture, and mozzarella in a baking dish. Repeat layers, finishing with meat sauce and Parmesan.
  5. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly. Let rest before serving. Garnish with parsley.
