  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Layering and Garnish:

  • 1/2 cup crushed shortbread cookies
  • Cocoa powder and chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whip Cream: In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream with the sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  2. Prepare Mascarpone Mixture: In a separate bowl, mix the mascarpone with the dulce de leche until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined.
