Instructions
- Prepare the Meatballs: In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and oregano. Form small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Cook the Meatballs: Brown meatballs in olive oil in a skillet. Remove and set aside. Simmer marinara sauce in the skillet, then return meatballs and simmer until cooked through.
