Description

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus more for drizzling
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a 12-count muffin pan with paper liners. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into each liner and bake.
  2. Mix Cream Cheese Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla, sour cream, and heavy cream. Divide batter among muffin cups.
  3. Bake and Chill: Bake for 18–20 minutes, cool, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
