Description

Indulge in the refreshing and creamy Mint-To-Be Protein Shake made with the Ninja Creami for the ultimate smooth texture.


Ingredients

Base:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1 to 2 drops green food coloring (optional)

Optional Additions:

  • 1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves (for natural color)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: In a blender or Ninja Creami pint container, combine almond milk, protein powder, peppermint extract, sweetener, food coloring or spinach (if using), and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Freeze and Process: If using the Ninja Creami, freeze the blended mixture in the pint container for at least 8 hours. Once frozen, process on the “Milkshake” setting until smooth.
  3. Adjust and Serve: Taste and adjust sweetness or mint flavor if needed. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, swap almond milk for oat milk or add 1/2 a frozen banana before blending.
  • You can also top with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or dark chocolate shavings for a mint-chocolate twist.
