Coconut Layer:

  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Ganache Topping:

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or parchment paper.
  2. Prepare and bake the brownie mix according to package instructions.
  3. Mix together the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until well combined.
