Instructions
- Graham Cracker Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar. Stir in melted butter until mixture resembles wet sand. Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Cheesecake Filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; beat until well combined. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until smooth. Spread filling over chilled crust.
