Description

These No-Bake Brownie Bites are a perfect guilt-free treat that is easy to make and satisfies your chocolate cravings. Made with wholesome ingredients, these bites are vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free.

  • 1 cup medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • Cocoa powder or shredded coconut for rolling (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the walnuts until finely ground. Add the dates, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until the mixture is sticky and forms a dough-like consistency.
  2. If using, pulse in the chocolate chips just until combined. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls using your hands.
  3. If desired, roll the bites in cocoa powder or shredded coconut for extra flavor and texture. Place the bites on a parchment-lined plate or tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
