Instructions
- Graham Cracker Crust: Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press into a 9×9-inch dish.
- Strawberry Jello Layer: Dissolve Jello in boiling water, then stir in cold water. Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
- Cream Cheese Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
- Assembly: Spread cream cheese mixture over crust. Gently fold chopped strawberries into thickened Jello and pour over the cream cheese layer.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set. Top with remaining whipped topping and strawberries before serving.
