- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Prepare the Brownie Base: In a food processor, blend dates into a sticky paste. Add walnuts, cocoa powder, chia seeds, hemp seeds, flaxseed meal, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until mixture sticks together.
- Press into Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Press the mixture evenly into the pan.
- Add Topping: Sprinkle shredded coconut on top and press lightly.
- Chill and Slice: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into squares. Store in the fridge or freezer.
