- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the casserole: In the baking dish, combine the rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, water, garlic powder, and black pepper. Place the chicken breasts on top and sprinkle with onion soup mix.
- Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes without peeking.
