Dry Ingredients:

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, puffed rice cereal, sunflower seeds, cranberries, coconut, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, and salt.
- Prepare Wet Mixture: In a saucepan, warm honey and coconut oil, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Combine Ingredients: Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Chill: Transfer mixture to the pan, press down firmly, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Cut and Serve: Once set, cut into bars and store in the fridge.
