Puff Pastry:

Egg Wash:

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and cut into 6 rectangles.
- Add Filling: Spread Nutella on half of each rectangle, fold over, and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush with Egg Wash: Brush pastries with beaten egg (mixed with milk if desired).
