Dough:

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugar: In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Add mix-ins: Fold in the pecans, candied cherries, pineapple, and raisins.
- Bake: Drop dough onto baking sheets and bake for 12–14 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool: Let cookies cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
