  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

For the Vegetables:

  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 12 ounces fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

For Serving:

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a large baking sheet.
  2. Prepare the Garlic Herb Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the Chicken and Vegetables: Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and toss to coat. Add the potatoes and green beans, toss until evenly coated.
  4. Bake: Arrange the chicken on the baking sheet, surround with potatoes and green beans. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked and potatoes are tender.
