Butter:

4 tablespoons unsalted (divided)

Garlic:

5 cloves, minced

Italian Seasoning:

1 teaspoon

Crushed Red Pepper Flakes:

1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Beef Broth:

3 cups

Heavy Cream:

1/2 cup

Parmesan Cheese:

1/2 cup grated

Salt and Pepper:

Parsley:

Instructions
