Ground Beef Mixture:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
Liquid & Cheese Mixture:
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups milk
- 8 oz uncooked pasta (penne, rotini, or shells)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Garnish:
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook Ground Beef: In a large pot or deep skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease and add butter, garlic, and onion. Sauté until onion is soft.
- Simmer Pasta: Stir in broth, milk, pasta, and seasonings. Simmer covered for 12–15 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Add Cheese: Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and creamy. Let sit to thicken.
- Garnish & Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
