Ground Beef Mixture:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

Liquid & Cheese Mixture:

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • 8 oz uncooked pasta (penne, rotini, or shells)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Garnish:

  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook Ground Beef: In a large pot or deep skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease and add butter, garlic, and onion. Sauté until onion is soft.
  2. Simmer Pasta: Stir in broth, milk, pasta, and seasonings. Simmer covered for 12–15 minutes until pasta is tender.
  3. Add Cheese: Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and creamy. Let sit to thicken.
  4. Garnish & Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
