Chicken:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning

Alfredo Pasta:

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 12 ounces penne pasta (uncooked)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet or pot. Add chicken and taco seasoning. Cook until browned.
  2. Alfredo Pasta: Stir in garlic, pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and pasta. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 12–14 minutes until pasta is tender.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in cheeses until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
