Chicken:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning
Alfredo Pasta:
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12 ounces penne pasta (uncooked)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet or pot. Add chicken and taco seasoning. Cook until browned.
- Alfredo Pasta: Stir in garlic, pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and pasta. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 12–14 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Remove from heat, stir in cheeses until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.

- For extra heat, add jalapeños or red pepper flakes.
