Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Prepare the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pan and bake.
- Make the filling: Beat ricotta and cream cheese, then add sugar, eggs, zest, juice, vanilla, flour, and salt. Pour over crust.
