  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Topping:

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Casserole: Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and evenly place bread cubes in it. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugars, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Pour over bread, press lightly, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Make the Topping: Combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Bake: Next morning, let casserole sit, preheat oven to 350°F, sprinkle topping, and bake for 45–50 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
